Pioneer Band
Burlington County Special Services Pioneer Band is made up of students from our middle school, high school, and transition campuses. The group was recently selected by the New Jersey School Boards Association to perform at their convention in Atlantic City. The band also performs regularly throughout Burlington County and last October entertained almost 30,000 appreciative fans at the Medford Halloween Parade. In addition to frequent requests to provide music for school activities(graduations, luncheons, ceremonies, shows, festivals, picnics) at our Westampton and Lumberton locations, the group also receives an annual invitation to attend the Lions Club Holiday Parade in Moorestown. But of course our favorite event of the season is this Burlington County St. Patrick's Parade in Mount Holly. The students and staff at BCSSSD thank the county for continued support and encouragement. We can't wait until next year!

Trenton AOH Pipe Band
The band, formed in 2006, in its current configuration is dedicated to continuing the tradition of performing Celtic music on the Highland Bagpipe to the best of our abilities. To that end we meet each week to practice known tunes and to work on new ones.
The pipe band drum corps is responsible for both supporting the piping with a solid rhythmic foundation and sense of pulse.
Colin Duffy has been our Pipe Major for over 10 years. We have increased our repertoire and improved on our sound under Colinâs direction. The band has also brought in an instructor for both pipes and drums to work with how we perform/look on the street. We take our piping seriouslyâ¦.But we also know how to have fun.

The Mulligans
The Mulligans have been playing the Burlington County Parade since its inception. They are annually shocked to be asked to return! Hailing from Erie PA, they play acoustic and electric shows of "American drinking songs, Country drinking songs, and songs about whiskey and beer!" Their energetic set is full of humorous banter in order to sneak out of the bar unscathed at the end of the night. The Mulligans can be seen playing various hives of scum and villainy from Buffalo to Cleveland, but can't seem to get arrested in Pittsburgh for some reason. Nevertheless, they are always looking forward to playing Mount Holly and are equally relieved not to be served any lawsuits upon their departure.
