Cub Scout Pack 640 is based at West Middleton Lutheran Church and currently serves approximately 60 scouts from Lions to Webelos.

Middleton United is entering their 10th year of establishment. In the 10 years, we have grown to serving over 1000 youth soccer players from Middleton and Cross Plains. Middleton United promotes the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of all youth. We are dedicated to promoting soccer through our core values of: Sportsmanship, Team building, Skill Development, and of course FUN!
