Cave Creek Museum
Cave Creek Museum's entry - History on Parade - celebrates our home town's "living" history museum. Since 1970 the museum has been the culture keeper of the life of the Cave Creek Mining district and the surrounding community.
Looks like the museum dug up the history-making Dream Team to join us today. These industrious gentlemen transported the Golden Reef Stamp Mill off Continental Mountain, down this very street and rebuilt it on the museum campus. And it works, today it is the only operational ten-stamp mill in the state of Arizona. Sign up for a Gold Mine Experience and see, hear and feel it in action!
And leading the way is every miners' best friend, Honey the Donkey. Miners depended on their donkeys for their livelihood. Honey is one of the many lucky animals rescued by Arizona Equine Rescue Organization. She lives with her boyfriend, Handsome Habanero and her sidekick, or back kick, Sweet Chloe.
Pulling up the rear end of the entry are members of BRAY - Burros Rock in Arizona and Yonder. Let's give them some done love!
After the parade stop by Cave Creek Museum to discover the pioneers, the native people, the dreamers and visionaries behind more than 2,000 years of history. It's a Gold Mine worth visiting for all treasure seekers"

Bin Bandits
Everybody, Stick âem UP!! Now Wave to LJ! The man behind Veteran and locally owned Bin Bandits; Cave Creek/Carefree and N. Phoenix, N. Scottsdaleâs premier Trash Bin Cleaning Service. âStealing the Stinkâ from your nasty trash bins, LJ and his truck will wash, sanitize, and deodorize your bins with pressurized water at 200 degrees, killing 99 % of the germs and bacteria left behind when your garbage is taken away.
This truck saves water too! The average household garden hose puts out 85 gallons of water every five minutes, the Bin Bandits truck uses far less water and can clean more bins in that same amount of time! Then they take that dirty water away, so it doesnât get back in your ground water. Now, THATâS eco-friendly!
How does it work? It doesnât get any easier. You just go to www. BinbanditsAz.com, to schedule your cleaning for the same day as your trash or recycling pick-up. At the end of trash-day, you bring your freshly cleaned bins back into your yard or garage. Yes! Itâs really that simple.
Welcome back to our parade LJ! Itâs been 24 years since this 30-year Cave Creek resident was in this parade as a Cub Scout. And heâs still doing good deeds for our community and keeping YOU prepared for the summer of stench, by keeping your trash bins sparkling clean. Let Bin Bandits âSteal the Stink!â
